What Sets ImprintEd Abroad Apart?

We showcase local leaders and create access to human connections.

Students come to Morocco to understand the culture and perspective of locals. We believe that in order to maximize opportunities for students to develop empathy, they must spend as much time engaging with locals. Our groups have the opportunity to meet with local students, artisan cooperatives, leaders of NGOs, and rural families. Homestays grant an important view into family life and create lifetime bonds and memories. Finally, our program leaders are inspirational youth who are contributing to Moroccan development.

ImprintEd Abroad programs offer students access to the sights, scents and textures Morocco's imperial cities of Fes, Marrakech, and Meknes, as well as to its capitol, Rabat, and the laid back towns of Chefchaouen and Essaouira. Our programs, also, expose students to the traditional culture of Morocco's rural areas, including the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. It is in these Moroccan villages, where students connect most deeply with Moroccan hospitality and understand the rhythm of Moroccan life. Students can see the importance of human connections in Morocco as they meet individuals from various societal backgrounds.
